Where is Bebeluș Cosmetics based?

Our corporate headquarters is based in sunny Miami, FL

Our cosmetics lab, right in the heart of Toronto, is where all our product magic happens. We source our ingredients locally from Canada and the U.S., ensuring everything meets the rigorous standards of Health Canada. Unlike several other manufacturers which use low-cost unregulated Chinese ingredients, our products are proudly Canadian, bringing you top-notch quality with every order.

What are the shipping costs?

Bebeluș Cosmetics offers shipping rates that are surprisingly lower than what you'd find at your local post office. Our fees start at just CAD 4.99 for Canada, USD 5.99 for the U.S., and USD 9.99 for other international destinations. Your shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order. We always opt for the most cost-effective shipping method. If you need it faster, just say the word, and we can upgrade to priority shipping to meet any tight deadlines!

What's the average processing time for orders?

Orders are formulated Monday to Friday by our lab and reserved for you.  On Fridays your orders are packaged and dispatched with shipping carriers over the weekend. Across the US orders arrive three days later, across Canada it's four days later, across the UK it's ten days later, and anywhere else can be up to three weeks. We strive to get your orders out fast so you can enjoy your new products. All products are directly shipped from our lab.

Do you accept returns?


We want you to absolutely love your cosmetics! If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us; we'll arrange a replacement of that item for you.  We'll provide replacements on damages that happened during formulation, but not for products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use. For example, if our lab staff made a mistake fulfilling an order with an incorrect lipstick shade a replacement delivery will be arranged to get you the the correct product color. However, if a customer orders a formula such as a light-pink lipstick and decides in a month that they'd rather have ordered a purple shade a free replacement will not be shipped.

 

What is expected delivery time to the United States?


Bebeluș Cosmetics has direct access to ship products to the United States with the United States Postal Services with discounted rates. Shipping times to the United States are (3) business days to the East coast, and (4) business days to the West coast. UPS delivery options are available to customers on a business membership for (1) day deliveries.

What is expected delivery time to Europe?

Bebeluș can ship internationally with our carriers with an estimated delivery time of 7-21 business days, fluctuating with unpredictable customs processing rate for each inbound country.  Our lab will promptly package your order and post it with the fastest carrier.
