Returns and Refund Policy
Welcome to our Returns and Refund Policy. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty accessories from our brand.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping:
Our products are made on-demand to ensure the highest quality. The average fulfillment time for formulating and packaging is approximately one week.
After fulfillment, orders are dispatched using the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
Shipping Time Estimates:
For orders shipped to Canada, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
For orders shipped to the United States, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
For international orders, please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
Tracking Your Order:
A tracking number will be provided for every order. We encourage you to refer to your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimate the delivery date.
Please Be Aware:
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times and carrier delays. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties charged upon delivery. For any questions or concerns regarding your order, our customer service team is here to assist you.
Return and Refund Guidelines:
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or opened.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within [3 days] of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product to us.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
